- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
- Spiralize zucchinis into noodles. In another pan, sauté them with olive oil over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until just tender.
- In the same skillet used for chicken, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Slice cooked chicken into strips and add to the sauce along with zucchini noodles. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
