  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a jelly roll pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy. Gently fold in flour until just combined.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 12 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before flipping onto a powdered sugar dusted towel.

  5. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the cooled sponge cake and top with sliced strawberries. Carefully roll from one end.
  7. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing.
