  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface until it’s about an inch larger than your pie pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and flour. Let sit for 10 minutes until juicy.
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture into the prepared pie crust. Leave space at the edges for folding.
  4. Cover with another rolled-out pie crust and crimp the edges together.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For icing, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled pie before slicing and serving.
