  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 2 cups (60g) fresh spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup (50g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet. Allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta and fresh spinach until wilted; add reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
