- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 2 tbsp taco sauce
Instructions
- Divide ground beef into four equal portions (about 4 ounces each) and form loosely into balls.
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Place beef balls in the skillet and smash them down to form thin patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
