- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add shrimp and crab meat; cook until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, heavy cream, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer: sauce, noodles, seafood mix, spinach, and mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil; bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let rest before serving.
