- 300ml heavy cream (chilled)

- 100g unsalted butter (softened)
- 120g all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan.
- Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave until smooth. Set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in melted chocolate until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients without overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before transferring onto a wire rack.
