- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add sliced kielbasa; cook until lightly browned (3–4 minutes). Then, add uncooked pasta and chicken broth, ensuring the pasta is submerged.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 12–15 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in spinach until wilted (about 2 minutes), then mix in grated Parmesan until melted. Serve warm.
