- 8 oz provolone cheese (sliced)
- 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors, diced)
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and mozzarella cheese until smooth to form the dough.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5–7 minutes until tender.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Roll out dough into rectangles on parchment paper. Spoon beef mixture and provolone cheese onto each rectangle, then roll up.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
