  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp Buldak sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully cooked (6–8 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix Buldak sauce, heavy cream, and soy sauce; pour over the cooked chicken.
  4. Add the drained ramen noodles to the skillet and toss gently until well coated in the sauce.
  5. Soft-boil eggs by cooking them in boiling water for 6 minutes; then plunge into ice water before peeling.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls topped with soft-boiled eggs and garnish with chopped green onions.
