- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp Buldak sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully cooked (6–8 minutes).
- In a bowl, mix Buldak sauce, heavy cream, and soy sauce; pour over the cooked chicken.
- Add the drained ramen noodles to the skillet and toss gently until well coated in the sauce.
- Soft-boil eggs by cooking them in boiling water for 6 minutes; then plunge into ice water before peeling.
