  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk and granulated sugar; sprinkle in yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, flour, and salt.
  2. 2. Knead: Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead for 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. 3. Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl; cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled.
