- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions
- Rinse mixed greens under cold water and pat dry.

- In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast nuts until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
