Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the mixed berries under cold water. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. In a blender, add the mixed berries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and almond milk.
  3. Blend on high until smooth. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary.
