- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth in a separate bowl. Gradually incorporate sugar, then add eggs one by one. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon in another bowl. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, layer with spiced apples, then cover with remaining batter.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely before refrigerating for several hours or overnight.
